Theugi offers free shipping in the continental U.S. on all orders over $100.00. We want you to love your Theugi product, but we get that sometimes it doesn’t work out. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us by mail within 30 days for a refund in your original form of payment. (Note: Items must be unworn, unused and include all tags, parts and accessories.)

Theugi will make every effort to ensure your purchase is delivered within 3-7 business days from dispatch to the address specified during the purchase process. It may take longer for metro west coast cities.
